General Considerations
Pricing
Any pricing that is quoted on the StressMarq Biosciences Inc. website is expressed in US dollars and applies to territories where StressMarq Biosciences Inc. sells directly to customers. Outside of these areas, please check our international distributor network page for details. Pricing in international territories (outside the US and Canada) is set by distributors. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification.
Placing an Order
When placing an order by fax or email, download the following form and send it through by fax: 1-250294 9025 or sales@stressmarq.com. Please include any special shipping instructions along with your order, such as your fedex number if you wish to your own account. Confirmation for both fax and email orders will be sent electronically to the specified email provided on the order form. To confirm your order by phone, please call 1-250 294 9065.
Credit Cards: Orders may be placed using a valid VISA or MasterCard credit card. To complete the order, we will need the credit card number, the name as it appears on the card, the card's expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit V-Code # located on the front or back of the card.
Bulk Orders
Most products supplied by StressMarq Biosciences Inc. are available for purchase in bulk quantities. Should you require one of our products to be supplied in a larger pack size, please contact us by phone 1-250 294 9065. Most of our products are available in larger quantities at specific discounts. We will quote special prices for bulk or standing orders. Please contact StressMarq Biosciences Inc. for a specific quotation.
Backorders
StressMarq Biosciences Inc. does everything possible to maintain sufficient inventory to meet the needs of its clients. If a product is placed on backorder, StressMarq Biosciences Inc. will notify you of this at the time of your order and will do everything it can to fill the order within a thirty (30) day period. For items on backorder longer than this specified time interval, StressMarq Biosciences Inc. will contact you to verify your order. Customers will be billed for the order upon shipment.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment for Products are net thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required prior to shipping in certain territories. All sales are F.O.B. from point of shipment, pre-paid and added to the invoice. An authorized purchase order or credit card is required when placing orders. Please note that pro-forma payment and suspension of discounts may occur on any accounts outstanding after 30 days.
Shipping
All orders received in North America by 10:00 AM PST Monday to Thursday will usually be shipped out on the same day. North American customers will typically receive their orders within 1-2 business days. All shipments are F.O.B. from point of shipment, pre-paid and added to the invoice. Freight charges include but not limited to: priority service and packaging materials. Products are shipped with "blue ice" packs in insulated containers. There is a charge for this packaging and for the shipping costs via Federal Express. Please ask about estimated shipping charges when you order. Please inspect packages immediately and inform Customer Service of any shortage or damage within 48 hours of receipt. We can only accept returns after we have given prior authorization and issued specific shipping instructions.
Storage
Storage conditions for all of our products are indicated on the products, the product data sheet. Some products components require specific storage temperatures - storage conditions for components must be maintained.
Refund Policy
StressMarq Biosciences Inc. guarantees that all of its products meet the specific requirements set forth within the lot specific technical data sheets (TDS). Should you have a technical issue with one of our products, please contact our technical services by phone 1-250 294 9065 or by email: techsupport@stressmarq.com with your specific query. If it is determined by StressMarq Biosciences Inc., that one of our products has failed to conform to the specifications set forth in the TDS, we will be pleased to replace the product free of charge or issue a credit for the total purchase price of the non-conforming product.
Warranty
StressMarq Biosciences Inc. warrants that at the time of shipment this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
StressMarq Biosciences Inc. must be notified of any breach of this warranty within 48 hours of receipt of the product. No claim shall be honored if StressMarq Biosciences Inc. is not notified within this time period, or if the product has been stored in any way other than outlined in the TDS. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer for any liability based upon this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product, or refund of the invoice price of the goods.
