General Considerations

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD (US dollars), unless you are located in Canada where prices are listed in CAD (Canadian dollars).

If you are unable to see pricing information, you are located in a country that StressMarq does not ship to directly. Pricing information for international customers (outside USA and Canada) can be found through your local distributor.

Pricing outside the USA and Canada is set by distributors. Please note that prices are subject to change without notification.


Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our online ordering system or by email/fax/phone.

If placing an order by fax or email, please download the order form above, fill it out with all relevant details, and email it to sales@stressmarq.com or fax it to 1.250.294.9025. Please include any special shipping instructions along with your order, such as your FedEx account number if you wish to use your own account for shipping. Confirmation for email and fax will be sent electronically to the email provided on the order form. To confirm your order by phone, please call 1.250.294.9065.

All orders placed directly through our online ordering system require credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card). To complete your order, we will need the credit card number, the name as it appears on the card, the card’s expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit security code number located on the front or back of the card.


Bulk Orders

Most of our products are available for purchase in bulk quantities. A minimum order of 3mg of a product is required to qualify for bulk pricing. Please fill in our bulk quote request form to request bulk pricing.

Backorders

We do everything possible to maintain sufficient inventory to meet the needs of our customers. If a product is placed on backorder,  you will be notified at the time of your order. We will do everything we can to fill the order within a thirty (30) day period. For items on backorder longer than 30 days, we will contact you to verify your order. Customers will be billed for the order upon shipment.


Payment Terms

All new customers must pay in full for their first order (by credit card, cheque, or wire/ACH) before the shipment leaves our facilities. Subsequent payment terms will be determined on an individual basis.  All orders placed directly through our online ordering system require credit card payment. Payment options for orders placed by email, fax, or telephone include credit card or an authorized purchase order number. Our general terms of payment for products are net thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required prior to shipping in certain territories and/or for orders with a large dollar value. All sales are F.O.B. from point of shipment, prepaid and added to the invoice. Please note that pro-forma payment and suspension of discounts may occur on any accounts outstanding after 30 days.


Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. from point of shipment, pre-paid and added to the invoice. Freight charges include but not limited to: priority service and packaging materials.

Most products are shipped with “blue ice” packs in insulated containers, however some products require shipment on dry ice. There are additional charges for packaging, dry ice (if required) and shipping costs via Federal Express. Please ask about estimated shipping & handling charges when placing your order. Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt and inform Customer Service of any shortage or damage within 24-48 hours of receipt. We can only accept returns after we have given prior authorization and issued specific shipping instructions. If a customer wishes to use their own FedEx account number please indicate this on the Purchase Order or ordering information provided.

StressMarq Biosciences cannot be held responsible for delays or charges incurred by US government agencies (such as the FDA) doing border spot checks or any other security-related efforts. These agencies do have a history of passing on these charges directly to the customer.


Storage

Storage conditions for all of our products are indicated on the products and the product data sheet. Some product components require specific storage temperatures; storage conditions for components must be maintained.


Refund Policy

StressMarq Biosciences guarantees that all of its products meet the specific requirements set forth within the lot specific technical data sheets (TDS). Should you have a technical issue with one of our products, please contact our technical services by phone 1.250.294.9065 or by email at techsupport@stressmarq.com with your specific query. If it is determined by StressMarq that one of our products has failed to conform to the specifications set forth in the TDS, we will be pleased to replace the product free of charge or issue a credit for the total purchase price of the non-conforming product.


Warranty

StressMarq Biosciences warrants that at the time of shipment this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

StressMarq Biosciences must be notified of any breach of this warranty within 48 hours of receipt of the product. No claim shall be honored if StressMarq is not notified within this time period, or if the product has been stored in any way other than outlined in the TDS. The sole and exclusive remedy of the customer for any liability based upon this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product, or refund of the invoice price of the goods.
