Structure of KB-R7943 mesylate

Research Background: KN-R9743 mesylate is a potent selective inhibitor of the reverse mode of the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger. It also inhibits the mitochondrial Ca2+ uniporter. It does not affect Na+ dependent transport systems or ionotropic glutamate receptors.
