Scientific Background 6BIO is a potent, reversible, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3α/β (GSK-3α/β), as well as an inhibitor of phosphoinositide-dependent kinase 1 (PDK1). Its ability to modulate the Wnt signaling pathway has made it a valuable tool in stem cell biology, particularly for maintaining self-renewal and pluripotency in embryonic stem cells.
