SB 203580 has also been shown to inhibit heat shock protein 27 (HSP 27) phosphorylation and has been shown to induce the activation of Raf-1. It displays 100-500-fold selectivity over LCK, GSK-3β and PKBα. SB203580 is cell permeable. |
