Custom Product Lead Times

Lead times for custom orders could be up to 12 weeks or more. An estimated timeline will be provided upon acceptance of a purchase order by StressMarq. Due to the internal resources required for custom services, a minimum of 1mg of product is required for all custom quote requests. 

Custom Product Disclaimer

Every effort will be made to ensure custom neuroproteins are active and perform to the specifications provided by the customer. However, StressMarq cannot guarantee the activity of custom neuroproteins or neuroproteins that undergo custom modifications (changes to buffer composition, custom conjugations, etc.) as deviations from our established manufacturing protocols may alter the final product. 

Custom Product Pre-Payment

Initiation of all custom services requires a non-refundable 50% pre-payment to cover start-up R&D costs. This pre-payment does not guarantee a finished, viable product.
