Gamma Synuclein Pre-formed Fibrils (PFFs) & Monomers
Gamma synuclein is a presynaptic protein implicated in both neurodegenerative diseases and certain cancers. It has been shown to seed alpha synuclein aggregation and is associated with pathological protein oxidation and aggregation in disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB), and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). These properties make gamma synuclein a valuable target for studying disease mechanisms involving protein misfolding, neurotoxicity, and synuclein cross-talk.
StressMarq Biosciences offers a selection of gamma synuclein protein constructs, optimized for neurodegeneration research. These reagents support investigations into synucleinopathy progression, oxidative stress, and cancer-related pathways, providing researchers with reliable tools for translational and mechanistic studies.
StressMarq manufactures wild-type gamma synuclein fibrils and monomers for use in neurodegenerative disease research.
