Scientific Background MS 275, also referred to as Entinostat, is a benzamide histone deacetylase inhibitor. It preferentially inhibits HDAC1 and HDAC3. It is currently undergoing several clinical trials for the treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma, advanced breast cancer, and for metastatic lung cancer.
